## 13 features for your team

In CIRO NOISE your team writes docs in the wiki, plans tasks on boards and answers customer requests. It sends invoices, keeps customer records, captures meetings, shares passwords and tracks working hours, all with one login. The AI answers questions from what your team stores here, names the page as its source and never sees more than the person asking. New hires get up to speed on their own, and whoever leaves loses access in one place.

## Bring what you have

Notion pages, Excel lists and receipts from the folder all get a place in CIRO NOISE. You move one feature at a time and don't have to do it all in one weekend.

- **From Notion, Confluence and Trello**: The import brings your content over: pages become wiki pages with versions and search, Trello cards become tasks with numbers, labels and checklists. Anything else you paste as text or attach as a file.
- **From the support inbox**: You put the request form on your website. Every request that arrives there gets a priority, a status and its own page in the support portal for the customer. It no longer sits in one person's inbox.
- **From the receipt folder**: You photograph receipts or upload them as PDFs, and the AI reads amount, date and supplier. Then you assign each receipt to a cost center.

## Everyone sees what they need

Every feature has three levels: no access, read and write. A new organization starts with ready-made roles that bundle these levels. On top come exceptions per person and finer permissions for finance figures, confidential pages and export. The menu shows only what someone can actually use.

## Common questions before signing up

### Can we start with just a few features?

Yes. Every feature can be switched off per organization, and the menu only shows what someone can actually use. Many teams start with wiki, boards and requests and add finance when the first invoice comes up.

### How does our existing data get in?

You bring in customers and contacts via CSV, receipts by photo or PDF and documents as attachments. You move pages from Notion and Confluence with their page tree from the export file, and boards from Trello with lists, labels, checklists and comments. You add images and attachments again where needed.

### How does the AI handle our data?

Your data stays in the EU and trains no AI models. Every AI feature can be switched off individually, and a company that does not want AI can still use CIRO NOISE in full.

### How do we decide who sees what?

Through roles that set, for each feature, whether someone has no access or may read or write. You can set exceptions for individual people, and you grant finance figures, confidential pages and exports separately. The password vault also asks for a code by email.

### Can we take our data with us?

Yes. Wiki, boards, receipts and bookings can be exported at any time, finance additionally in DATEV format for your accountant. On request we delete your organization completely.
