# Pitches: A pitch made for this client

You build a proposal page per client from blocks such as situation, proposal, offer and roadmap, in their branding and protected by an access code. CIRO NOISE pulls facts from their website so the approach fits, and afterward shows you which section they read and for how long.

## One presentation per client

Instead of sending the same presentation to everyone, you build a dedicated page per client from blocks in CIRO NOISE: situation, proposal, offer, roadmap, testimonials. You arrange the blocks on the left and see the page right away in the client’s branding on the right. Logo, colors and fonts come from their brand kit. Each page is protected by an access code, and anyone with the link and code reads it without an account.

To make the pitch personal, CIRO NOISE pulls facts from the client’s website. You enter the address, the scanner reads numbers, locations, services and what the company says about itself, and suggests text blocks and a matching brand kit from it. You decide what stays, and nothing is invented.

After you send it, you see the engagement: which section was read for how long, how often the page was opened, and whether the attached offer was downloaded as a PDF. So before the next call you know what the client is actually thinking about, instead of guessing.

Pitch is connected to the rest of your work. The offer comes in as a reference from your finances, not a second copy: if the price changes, the new version shows on the page. The client’s brand kit also styles their social posts, and the company in the CRM carries the customer journey from the pitch page through the offer to the invoice.

## Build, personalize, see engagement

Every page in the client’s branding, with facts from their website and an honest number of who read it.

- **Every page in the client’s branding**: You build the page from blocks and see it right away in the client’s brand kit with logo, colors and fonts. An access code protects it, and the client reads it without an account.
- **Facts from the client’s website**: Enter the client’s address and CIRO NOISE pulls numbers, services and how they describe themselves from the site, then suggests text and a brand kit from it. You decide what stays.
- **See who reads, and for how long**: After you send it, engagement shows visits, reading time per section and whether the offer was downloaded. You walk into the call with what the client is thinking about.

## From the first look to the signed deal

Look up what the company needs, build the page, attach the offer and a meeting, read the engagement.

### Look up what Brandt & Söhne needs

Before Mara writes anything, she looks it up: she enters Brandt & Söhne’s address, and CIRO NOISE reads the website for location, services and how long the joinery has been around, and suggests the situation and a brand kit in the site’s wood tones. Mara keeps what fits and cuts the rest. Nothing is invented.

- Address in, facts out
- Brand kit from the website’s colors
- Suggestions, not inventions
- You decide sentence by sentence

### Build the page from blocks

From the facts Mara builds the pitch page: situation, proposal, roadmap. She arranges the blocks on the left and sees the page right away in Brandt & Söhne’s branding on the right. She edits text directly in the preview. It goes live on a click, and Ms. Sommer gets a link with an access code and reads the page without an account.

- Blocks, not slides
- Live preview in the client’s branding
- Access code, not a public link
- Draft stays private until the click

### Attach the offer and a meeting

Mara attaches offer A-2026-031 from finances to the page as a reference instead of a copy: if the price changes there, the new version shows on the page, and Ms. Sommer downloads the PDF right from it. Plus a booking block with open slots from Mara’s calendar, so the first call is one click away.

- Offer as a reference from finances
- PDF right on the page
- A price change takes effect at once
- Meeting from your booking calendar

### See how Ms. Sommer responds

After she sends it, Mara sees the engagement: 14 visits, the “Offer” section read longest, the PDF downloaded four times, one meeting booked. Before the call she knows what Ms. Sommer is thinking about, and leads with the price, not the roadmap almost no one read.

- Visits and reading time per section
- PDF downloaded, meeting booked
- Bars instead of gut feeling
- Only your own page, no tracker

## Pitches in detail

The key features of Pitches in one sentence each.

- **Pitch pages from building blocks**: Situation, proposal, offer, roadmap, testimonials, charts: you arrange the blocks and the preview shows the page right away.
- **Branding per client**: Logo, colors and fonts come from the client’s brand kit, so every page looks made for them.
- **Website scan for copy and brand**: Enter the client’s address and the scanner suggests text and a brand kit from what their site says.
- **Access code instead of a public link**: Every page is protected by a code, and the client reads it through a link with the code, without an account.
- **Quote straight from finance**: The attached offer comes from your finances. If the price changes, the new version shows on the page, with no second upkeep.
- **Track visits and reading time**: Visits, reading time per section and whether the offer was downloaded. Only your own page is measured.
- **Brand kits for you and your customers**: You keep as many brand kits as you need: your own brand and your customers', with logos, colors, fonts and brand voice. A page that uses a kit reads it when it opens. When you change the kit, every linked page updates right away.
- **Draft and versions**: A page stays private until you publish and keeps versions, so you can restore any state.

## Tell Claude. CIRO NOISE records it.

### Create a pitch page

> Create a pitch page for Winter GmbH: situation, our proposal and a roadmap. Use what we know about the company.

There’s a draft “Winter GmbH” with three sections (situation, proposal, roadmap) and the personal greeting to Ms. Winter.

The draft is private and has an access code. Jan opens it in the creator, refines the text and publishes only when he’s happy with it.

### Attach the offer

> Attach offer AN-2026-118 to Winter GmbH’s pitch page and write a short lead-in for it.

The pitch page now has an “Offer” section that references AN-2026-118: €14,800, valid through Nov 30.

The amount is not a copy on the page: if Jan changes the offer in finances, the new version shows in the pitch automatically.

### Check engagement

> Have the clients we sent a pitch to this week looked at it yet?

Of this week’s three pitches:
• Winter GmbH — opened twice, last night
• Café Brenner — opened once
• Physio Westend — not viewed yet

Winter GmbH is worth a call, Physio Westend a short reminder instead. Claude never hands out the access code. It lives on the page itself.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I protect a pitch page?

Every page has an access code. You send a link with the code, and anyone who has it reads the page without an account. Unpublished drafts are not reachable by outsiders.

### Where do the design and logo come from?

From the client’s brand kit with logo, colors and fonts. On request, CIRO NOISE suggests the kit from the client’s website and you apply it with one click.

### Do I have to maintain the offer twice?

No. The offer comes in as a reference from your finances. If you change the price there, the new version shows on the pitch page, with no duplicate upkeep.

### What engagement do I see, and is it privacy-compliant?

Visits, reading time per section and whether the offer was downloaded as a PDF. Only your own page is measured, never the client’s behavior elsewhere.

### Can the page answer the client’s questions?

Optionally. An AI chat demo answers questions from the knowledge base you provide for the page. It is enabled per organization and invents nothing.
