# Social media: Social media in your look

> Your team builds posts and carousels in your own brand kit, publishes them straight to Instagram and answers comments in one place. Images come from your own library or from the AI, which also suggests text in your brand voice. For LinkedIn you export the slides as a PDF, for other networks as images.

Your team builds posts and carousels with the logo, colors and fonts from your brand kit and publishes them straight to Instagram. You answer the comments in the same place, and for LinkedIn you export the slides as a PDF document.

## Posts that look like you

Your team builds posts and carousels in your organization's brand kit. Logo, colors, fonts and the voice your team writes in are saved there once and apply to every slide. Images come from your own library, or the AI generates them to match the text. The AI suggests text in your brand voice, and you cut, change or discard it. Folders and a content plan show which post is meant for which month and what is still a draft.

You publish finished posts straight to Instagram. The comments then show up in CIRO NOISE, where you read them, reply and, if you like, have them liked automatically or hidden by keyword. For LinkedIn you export the slides as a PDF, for other networks as images, both from the same template, and upload them there yourself, so the post looks the same everywhere.

Posts stay connected to the rest of your work. A task on the board becomes a post that stays linked to it, for example for the question support gets three times a month. The same brand kit designs quotes, invoices and pitch pages, and the same image library supplies the photos. The AI suggests the text, you adjust it, and the post sits in the folder for next month.

The “Marketing” role bundle decides who can publish and answer comments, and you can make an exception for a single person. The AI can be switched off for your organization. You then build posts without text suggestions, and everything else stays the same. Your own uploads stay your images, and AI images are created in the brand kit and saved in the same library. Nothing goes out until someone on your team clicks “publish”, and that includes the AI's text suggestions.

## Build, post and reply in one place

Every slide carries your company's logo, colors and font.

- **Every slide in your colors**: Fonts, colors and logo come from the brand kit, the same one your quotes and invoices use. Upload images or let the AI generate them, and every slide looks like your company.
- **Publish straight to Instagram**: The post goes straight to Instagram. For LinkedIn you get the slides as a PDF, for other networks as images, both from the same template, so everything looks the same.
- **Reply to comments alongside the rest of your work**: Instagram comments show up in one list in CIRO NOISE. You read, reply and, if you like, have them liked or hidden automatically, without opening the Instagram app.
- **Turn the question that came three times into a post**: The question from support becomes a task on the board, and the task becomes a post that stays linked to it. The AI suggests the text in your brand voice, and you approve or rewrite it.

## Three posts your team makes itself

The question that came three times, the comment after posting and the same post on LinkedIn.

### The question that came three times becomes a post

Lena creates a task on the marketing board for the question “How long does a relaunch take?” because it came in for the third time this week. Mara turns the task into a five-slide carousel in the brand kit. The AI suggests the text, and Mara cuts it in half. The draft sits in the “October” folder, and Kira reviews it on Monday. Mara publishes on Tuesday, and the post stays linked to the task it came from.

- Post from a task
- AI text you approve
- Folders and content plan
- Draft stays editable until the click

### A comment asks about the price

The evening after posting, someone asks under the post what a relaunch costs. Mara sees the comment in CIRO NOISE next to the week's tasks, replies with a link to the pricing page and likes it. The next morning Lena adds the person to Customers, with a note on where the contact came from. Nobody had to open Instagram for any of it.

- Comments in one list
- Reply, like, hide
- The same connection as for publishing

### The same post on LinkedIn

Kira wants the carousel on LinkedIn too. Mara exports the slides as a PDF from the same template, without rebuilding anything, and uploads them to LinkedIn. There the carousel looks exactly as it does on Instagram, with the same colors and the same font.

- PDF export for LinkedIn
- Same template, same look
- One tool for every network

## Social media in detail

The key social media features in one sentence each.

- **Instagram carousels in your brand kit**: Logo, colors, fonts and voice come from the organization's brand kit and apply to every slide.
- **AI images and your own photos**: Use your own uploads from the image library or let the AI generate images that match the text.
- **AI copy in your brand voice**: The AI suggests text for the slides and the post, and you change or discard it.
- **Social media content calendar**: Drafts and finished posts sit in folders, and the plan shows the upcoming posts.
- **Post straight to Instagram**: You publish straight from CIRO NOISE through the Instagram connection.
- **Reply to Instagram comments**: You read and answer comments in one list and, if you like, have them liked or hidden automatically.
- **Export and posts from tasks**: Slides go to other networks as images or as a PDF. A task on the board becomes a post that stays linked to it.

## Tell Claude. CIRO NOISE records it.

### Schedule a post

> Dig up the photos from last week's shoot and use them to schedule a post for Friday.

The post is set as SOC-31 “Fall campaign carousel” for Friday and assigned to Mara. She has the 12 photos from Oct 6 in the Marketing/Fall folder and the brief from the content plan: five slides on the fall campaign.

Mara builds the carousel from the brand kit and publishes it straight to Instagram.

### Plan the month

> Plan the posts for November: two a week, with topic, image idea and who does them. Stick to what we discussed in the marketing meeting.

November in the content plan now has two posts a week:
• Week 45: year in review as a carousel, fall team photo
• Week 46: new on the team as a single image, customer story
• Week 47: tip of the week, fall campaign part 2
• Week 48: trade show recap, December preview

Each post has a task, SOC-35 to SOC-42, due two days before it goes out. Mara builds the carousels, Ida does the single images and quotes.

### Find a customer quote

> We need a good customer quote for a post. Only use customers who agreed to marketing, though.

This quote qualifies:
“After one call, someone was there the next morning – and everything worked again.”
– Anna Brenner, Café Brenner, in July

Of the seven quotes found, only Anna Brenner agreed to marketing, since March 2026. The other six stay internal. Ida turns it into a single image for the second week of November with SOC-44 and gets Anna's approval for the quote first.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do all posts match our brand?

Through the brand kit: you set logos, colors and fonts once, and every carousel picks them up automatically. For clients, you create one kit per brand, suggested from their website if you like.

### Can I publish straight to Instagram?

Yes, with one click from CIRO NOISE, and you answer comments in the same place. For LinkedIn you export the slides as a PDF, for other networks as images. The post looks the same everywhere because it comes from the same template.

### Where do the images come from?

From your own library, with your photos and uploads, or generated by the AI to match the text. Font, color and logo come from the brand kit, so every image fits the frame.

### Does the AI help with the copy?

Yes. It suggests text for the slides, and you decide what stays. No post leaves CIRO NOISE without your click.

### How do I see what a post brings in?

With short links: every link gets a QR code and automatically adds a campaign tag (UTM) to the target address, which your web analytics can read. That shows you there which post brought visits, and CIRO NOISE shows the views per link.

### Who on the team may publish?

Anyone with the “Marketing” role bundle or anyone you give the permission to individually. The whole team shares drafts, and the people you choose publish them. Every carousel keeps versions, so you can undo any change.
