Ticket is the usual name for a customer request in a ticketing system. In CIRO NOISE, Support simply calls it a request. Every request sits in a list your whole team can see instead of in one person's inbox. If someone is on vacation, someone else picks it up straight from the list.

Most tickets arrive through the form on your website. Each one gets a running number like #0042, and the customer sees its progress in the support portal without creating an account.

## How tickets work in CIRO NOISE

A ticket moves from New through Open and In progress to Resolved and Closed. In between it can be Waiting for customer, Waiting internally or Scheduled. The AI rates the priority as Critical, High, Medium or Low and explains why. If you set the priority by hand, it stays that way until you switch it back to automatic.

Each ticket has an assignee from your team, a history with every message, and attachments such as images or PDFs. CIRO NOISE links the request to a contact by email address, or to a company by its domain, in your customer database. Your replies go to the customer by email.

## From ticket to task

When a request needs more work, choose “Hand over to a board”. That creates a task, either straight on the board as Open or first in the board's inbox, where the board owners accept it. Request and task stay linked. Once the task is done, CIRO NOISE notifies the request's assignee in the bell.

## An everyday example

On Friday evening, Ms. Sommer reports through the form that her online shop won't load. The AI rates the request as critical because it mentions an outage. Lena has already left, so Pascal assigns himself, hands the request to the SHOP board and replies by email. Ms. Sommer sees in the support portal that someone is on it.

## Ticket, request, task

In CIRO NOISE Support, a ticket is called a request and has a number like #0042. On boards you'll sometimes see the word ticket too, but there it means a task with an ID like CIR-142. If it comes from a customer, it's a support ticket. If it's work inside your team, it's a task.
