MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard for AI tools. It defines how an AI assistant like Claude talks to an app: which tools exist, what they need and what comes back. Think of it as USB-C for AI, one plug for many devices. CIRO NOISE has a connection like that. Once you add it in Claude, Claude can use more than 50 tools of your organization: create tasks, write wiki pages, look up customers, prepare quotes, read meetings, check absences and more. You don’t need to know these tools. Winter GmbH wants to go to 60 licenses from January, with the training in Ulm, and they'll decide by Oct 30. That's now on their record. It turned into three tasks: CIR-160 quote for you, CIR-161 training in Ulm for Deniz and CIR-162 contract review for Petra. Draft quote QU-2026-090 for €21,072 net is linked on the pitch page “Renewal 2027 – Winter GmbH”. Both are drafts. You issue, publish and send them in CIRO NOISE. ### Answer into the wiki > We keep getting the same question about export. Please write a wiki page about it and let support know. The page “Known issue: exporting large files” is in the wiki under Support. Its reply text reads: “Thanks for letting us know. Exports over very large date ranges currently stop partway. Until we've fixed it, exporting the range in two parts works.” Lena knows through a comment on APP-139. Claude shows which tool it uses at every step. ## Your rules apply to Claude too Claude works with exactly the permissions you grant when connecting. - **Your permissions, your organization**: Claude sees only what you may see yourself, and only in the organization you approve. With several companies, Claude asks which one you mean. - **Drafts you approve**: Claude creates quotes, invoices and pitch pages as drafts. You issue and send them yourself, with one click in CIRO NOISE. - **Every change traceable**: Whatever Claude creates or changes shows up in the log with the source “AI”: on the board, in the wiki and on the customer record. - **The vault stays locked**: CIRO NOISE shows passwords only to people, and only after a second factor.
