Each one is good on its own. Together they are ten contracts, ten logins and ten permission systems that nobody keeps in sync. And you almost always pay for the full feature set. A CRM's price list is aimed at sales departments with forecasting and territory planning, and support software at call centers with shift plans. A team of five needs maybe ten percent of that and still pays the full list price per employee every month. The license is the smaller item. What gets expensive is everything after it: rollout, training, creating and removing users, setting permissions in each system separately and carrying data from one tool to the next because none of them knows the others. That time appears on no invoice and is still the larger part of the cost, paid in your team's working hours. We know this from our own company. CIRO NOISE grew out of the back office of our own startup: there, requests came in by form, then by email, then by SMS, and each one sat somewhere else. So we built what we wanted to buy and couldn't find, and left out everything we never used ourselves. What remained is the part a startup or a mid-sized company actually needs. Compare the ranges with your actual invoices. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is there really only one plan? Yes. Every feature, every permission, the AI, the connection to Claude and ChatGPT and every future improvement are included. No feature sits in a bigger package, only the number of seats changes. ### What counts as an employee? Every account with full access to your organization, and open invitations count as soon as you send them. People who only clock their hours get a free employee seat, and you get two of those for each full seat. When someone leaves, you cancel the seat and it drops off the invoice at the end of the current billing period. Customers who write in through the support form don't count, because they don't need an account. ### What happens when I add or remove seats? An extra seat applies right away, and you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the current period. If you remove a seat, it stays usable until the end of the period and then drops off the invoice. ### Do I get an invoice that shows VAT? Yes. Every payment creates an invoice with VAT shown, which you download as a PDF under Subscription & billing. Companies in the EU with a valid VAT ID get the invoice without German VAT (reverse charge). ### How do I cancel? Under Subscription & billing with one button, effective at the end of the current period, or informally by email. There is no minimum term and no further notice period. ### What happens to our data if we cancel? You keep working as before until the end of the paid period, and after that the two free seats remain. Your data stays, and under Organization › Data & deletion you can download everything as a full export at any time. ### Can we bring over data from other tools? Yes. Pages from Notion and Confluence and boards from Trello come over under Organization › Import, and customers and contacts via CSV import. From 20 people on, we can handle the migration for you. ### Where is our data? On servers in the EU, processed under the GDPR. The AI models run in EU data centers too, and your content does not leave European jurisdiction. The data processing agreement, technical measures and deletion policy are ready before you ask. ### Can we try it first? Yes. You set up your organization and get started right away, without a credit card.
