# Consulting: More time to talk

> For consultants, coaches and trainers, solo or in a small team: clients book sessions themselves, your notes turn into a summary and tasks, and client spaces, quotes and invoices are all in the same place.

For consultants, coaches and trainers: clients book their session themselves, your bullet points turn into minutes with tasks, and the invoice comes from the logged hours. Scheduling emails and invoices no longer eat your evenings.

- Sessions bookable online
- Notes with a summary
- Two seats free

## Your hour with the client is the shortest of the day

It takes three emails to set an appointment. After the conversation you type up the notes, pull out the agreements and send them to the client. At the end of the month you add up the sessions and write invoices. The real work is the conversation, and the rest costs you your evening.

With CIRO NOISE, clients book your open slots themselves, on your website or through a link. After the conversation you enter your bullet points, and the AI turns them into a summary with the agreements. Each agreement becomes a task with one click.

Every client has a record with their sessions, quotes and invoices. For longer engagements there are client spaces where your client sees the tasks, documents and wiki pages you share with them. Invoices are created from the logged hours.

## How consultants and coaches like you use CIRO NOISE

Whether you work solo or with a small team, the workflows are the same.

### Coaching: Sessions without scheduling emails

Clients book their session, get a confirmation and reschedule through a link if needed. You go in with the notes from the last session.

- Appointment types with duration and your own office hours, blocked during vacation
- Notes per session, summarized by the AI
- Agreements become tasks for you or the client
- Client space for longer engagements

### Management consulting: Projects clients can follow

The workshop turns into tasks with names, and the results live in the project wiki. In the project space, the client sees what happens next.

- Project space with tasks, wiki and files for the client
- Concept boards for workshop results
- Pitch page with approach and quote
- Log hours on the task, invoice from them

### Training and workshops: From the quote to the paid workshop

You send a quote with a payment plan, the client accepts it through a link, and the invoice goes out on the date. The materials for participants are in one place.

- Quotes with chapters and a payment plan
- Clients accept the quote online
- Subscription invoices for ongoing engagements
- Wiki for training materials and processes

## This changes

There’s less admin for you before and after every session.

- **Clients book your open slots**: Clients see your open slots and book themselves. Busy times from your calendar and your vacation are blocked.
- **Notes turn into minutes**: You enter your bullet points, and the AI summarizes them and spots the agreements. Your own notes stay below.
- **Every agreement becomes a task**: With one click, the agreement becomes a task with a name and a due date, including for the client in their space.
- **Your Sunday evening stays free**: You bill logged hours in one click, and recurring engagements run as subscription invoices. If a payment doesn’t arrive, dunning shows you and sends reminders in four stages.

## The tools for consulting and coaching

Consultants and coaches usually start with these: sessions, client records, notes and billing. As your practice grows, every other feature is already there.

- **Meetings**: Notes per session, summary and agreements
- **Customers**: Client record with sessions, quotes and invoices
- **Finance**: Quotes with payment plans, hours into invoices, subscription invoices
- **Wiki**: Methods, materials and processes in one place
- **Knowledge & assistant**: “Which exercise do I use for team conflicts?” – answer with a link to the wiki

## Tell Claude. CIRO NOISE records it.

### Follow up a session

> Please pull the agreements from my session with Mr. Krause today, turn them into tasks and update the status on his wiki page.

The third session produced three tasks in the Krause project. Mr. Krause writes the delegation list by Oct 30 (KRA-7) and talks to his department heads (KRA-8). You prepare the weekly review (KRA-9).

The wiki page “Client Krause: goals & status” now shows that he has gained four of the ten hours a week he's aiming for. Next, he hands approval of quotes up to €10,000 to two department heads.

### Pitch team coaching

> Mr. Krause wants to get his department heads on board. Build him a pitch page for team coaching and create the quote.

The pitch page “Team coaching Krause Building Services” is ready as a draft, written formally to Thomas Krause. The situation comes from your three sessions: approvals pile up, and the department heads hesitate to decide alone. The process shows four workshops on delegation, deciding, feedback and handover, with one-on-ones in between.

Quote QU-2026-019 is linked: four workshops at €1,800 and six one-on-ones at €240, €8,640 net in total. On Wednesday, Nov 4, a follow-up reminds you to check in with Mr. Krause.

### Write the invoice

> Please write the invoice for my sessions with Mr. Krause in October. Is anything still open with him?

The October invoice is a draft under Finance: three sessions on Oct 2, 16 and 30 at €240, €720 net in total. Nothing is overdue with Mr. Krause, and he paid the September invoice IN-2026-061 on Oct 8.

One other thing is open: he accepted the team coaching in QU-2026-019 on Nov 6, and the first workshop has no date yet. You have a follow-up for that on Monday, Nov 9.

## Every tool costs you extra

Online scheduling, meeting notes, CRM, invoicing, presentations and a knowledge base: that’s 6 tools and 6 subscriptions. With CIRO NOISE, it’s one, and free on your own.

## Common questions from consultants and coaches

### Is it worth it if I work on my own?

Yes, and it costs you nothing, because the first two seats are free. Scheduling, notes, client records, quotes and invoices are included from day one.

### How is a session summary created?

You enter your bullet points, or a Google Meet transcript comes in after the call. The AI turns it into a summary and the agreements, which you turn into tasks with one click. CIRO NOISE records nothing.

### Do my notes stay confidential?

Yes. Private entries are visible only to attendees. What you share in the client space, you decide for each task, page and file.

### Can I bill longer engagements?

Yes. You bill logged hours in one click, and ongoing engagements run as recurring invoices. Clients accept quotes with payment schedules online.

### How do clients book a session with me?

Online through your booking page. You set appointment types and office hours, and clients pick a free slot. You enter vacation and absences once, and bookings respect them.

### Can Claude follow up on my sessions?

Yes. Claude connects to your organization, finds your sessions, reads summaries and open agreements, and prepares quotes and invoices as drafts. Before the next session, just ask Claude what you agreed on last time.
