# Startups: One tool for your startup

> For founding teams of two to fifty people: goals and tasks on the board, a wiki where new people get up to speed on their own, your bank balance for the next 90 days, and pitch pages for customers, all in one tool instead of eight subscriptions.

For startups whose decisions live in Slack threads and the founders’ heads. In CIRO NOISE, new employees find tasks, docs, customers and invoices in one place, and it stays that way as your team grows.

- 2 seats free
- No application, no credit card
- Import from Notion and Trello

## Every tool was a good idea on its own

Tasks live in one tool, docs in another, customers in a spreadsheet and decisions somewhere in chat. Each subscription is cheap on its own, but together they add up, and none of them knows what's in the others.

In CIRO NOISE you plan your work on a board with a goal and a date, and at any time you can see whether you're on track. Whatever you decide goes into the wiki, and the AI finds it again when someone asks. That way, new employees read up instead of asking everyone else.

Right next to it you see your numbers: which invoices are open, how much cash you'll have in 90 days and how much revenue each customer brings. And when a pilot customer needs a quote, you build them their own pitch page with the quote inside.

## How startups like yours use CIRO NOISE

Whether you're three founders, hiring your first employees or winning your first customers: CIRO NOISE grows with you, and you never have to move.

### Founding team: A plan all three founders know

Every goal gets a date and every task gets an owner. That way all three of you know who’s working on what, and you don’t need a separate meeting for it.

- Every task with a number, a person and a due date
- A forecast of whether you'll hit the next goal
- Every meeting turns into tasks
- Your Trello tasks come along

### First hires: Onboarding that doesn't depend on a founder

Processes, logins and decisions live in the wiki and the vault. The new colleague reads up there or asks the AI instead of interrupting three people at work.

- A wiki where every page has its place
- The AI answers with a source and shows only what the person may see
- Passwords per role, gone the moment someone leaves
- Your docs from Notion or Confluence come along

### First customers: From the first call to a signed quote

Every customer sits in your pipeline. You send them a pitch page in their own look, and they accept the quote right there online.

- A pipeline with follow-ups, so nobody is forgotten
- A pitch page with an access code and the quote inside
- Quote accepted online, invoice in one click
- Cash flow for 90 days, ready for the investor update

## This changes

After the first month, nobody asks in chat where a decision was written down.

- **The board tells you if you're on track**: Goal and date sit on the board, and the forecast uses your pace over the last three weeks to show whether you'll make it. Everyone can see if you're on track, at risk or late.
- **When someone leaves, their work stays**: The onboarding checklist, the refund process and the server password live in the wiki and the vault. Anyone looking for something asks the AI and gets the answer along with the page it's on.
- **The numbers for the investor update are already there**: CIRO NOISE works out from your invoices and receipts what's open, how much cash you'll have in 90 days and how many quotes were accepted. Nobody has to copy numbers into a spreadsheet anymore.

## The tools for your first fifty customers

Most startups begin with these five: the board shows what matters this week, and decisions live in the wiki instead of chat. Every other feature is already included and ready when you need it.

- **Boards**: Goals with dates, tasks with a number and a person
- **Wiki**: Onboarding checklist, processes and decisions
- **Finance**: Invoices, 90-day cash flow and DATEV export
- **Knowledge & assistant**: “How do we book travel expenses?” – answer with a link to the wiki
- **Meetings**: Summary and tasks from every meeting

### Capture the planning

> Please summarize today's planning meeting. The tasks go on the APP board, and the pricing decision belongs in the wiki.

“Planning week 42” turned into four tasks on the APP board: APP-87 scanner import for Deniz, APP-88 onboarding for Mara, APP-89 pricing page for Sophie and APP-90 pilot contract for you. All four still fit into sprint 9, which brings it to 32 of 34 points. You confirm the suggestion on the board.

The decision is in the wiki under Product as “Decision: pricing 2027”: you'll charge per active scanner, and the pilot runs three months at a flat rate. The old page “Pricing 2026” now points to it.

### Pitch the pilot customer

> Build a pitch page for Lindner Logistik for the pilot project. Use what Petra Lindner told us in the first call and our new pricing. Please create the quote along with it.

The pitch page “Pilot Lindner Logistik” is ready as a draft. It opens with Lindner's situation: three sites and 40 minutes per truck at receiving. Then it shows Maas Freight, which went from 38 to 22 minutes in eight weeks.

Quote QU-2026-012 is linked on the page: three pilot months at €2,400 and setup at three sites for €1,800, €9,000 net in total. The next step on the page is a start in the first week of January. You publish it and send Petra Lindner the access code in CIRO NOISE.

### Investor update

> Please write the investor update for October covering product, pipeline, revenue and team. Put it in the wiki as a draft first, and I'll read it over.

The draft “Investor update October 2026” is in the wiki under Investors. On product, it covers the scanner import, live since Oct 27. The pipeline holds five open deals worth €41,600, including Lindner Logistik at €9,000 in negotiation. Their pitch page has been opened four times.

In October you invoiced €14,200, of which €2,400 is still open. Expenses came to €38,950. On the team, Sophie Keller joined Customer Success. Every number links to its source, so you can check them quickly as you read.

## Eight subscriptions before the product ships

Tasks, docs, CRM, invoicing, bookkeeping, presentations, meeting notes and passwords: that’s 8 tools, 8 logins and 8 subscriptions. With CIRO NOISE, it’s one. The first two seats are free for good, with no startup program application.

## Common questions from startups

### Can we bring our content along?

Yes. Pages from Notion and Confluence and boards from Trello come over under Organization › Import. All you need is the export file from the old tool. And if you ever want to leave, you can export all your data at any time.

### What does it cost when we grow to 10 or 50 people?

The first two seats stay free, and each additional seat is €25 a month plus VAT. With 10 people that’s €200 a month, with 50 people €1,200. Anyone who only tracks their working hours doesn’t need a full seat: every full seat comes with two free employee seats. Roles, departments and permissions are there from the start, so you never have to move.

### Does CIRO NOISE replace Notion, Jira and HubSpot?

For most small teams, yes: wiki, tasks with sprints, a CRM with pipeline, and quotes and invoices live in one tool. Pages from Notion and Confluence and boards from Trello come over via import. If you need very large Jira projects or marketing automation, a specialist tool is the better fit for that.

### Do we need a CRM before we have a sales team?

Especially then: as long as you sell yourself, every contact sits in one place with its history, quotes and follow-ups. When your first salesperson joins, they take over the pipeline instead of piecing it together from emails.

### How do receipts and invoices get to our tax advisor?

Through the DATEV export: posting batches, customer and vendor accounts and receipt images for SKR03 or SKR04. Invoices go out as e-invoices in ZUGFeRD or XRechnung format, you snap receipts with your phone, and the AI reads amount, date and vendor.

### Can we start with just a few features?

Yes. Whatever you don’t need, you switch off for the whole organization, and it disappears from the menu. When you need it, you switch it back on with one click.

### Is our data safe with the AI?

Yes. Your data stays in the EU, the AI runs in the EU and isn't trained on your data. It also sees only what the person asking is allowed to see.

### Can Claude work alongside our team?

Yes. Claude connects to your organization through MCP, the open standard for AI tools. Claude then creates tasks, writes wiki pages and prepares quotes as drafts. It works with exactly the permissions you grant.

### What does it cost while we're getting started?

Often nothing, because the first two seats are free, all features included, no credit card. Each additional seat is €25 a month plus VAT and can be canceled monthly.
