CIRO NOISE is an online workspace for small businesses, startups, and teams of up to about 50 people. In one program, you plan tasks and projects (project management), keep knowledge in a wiki, answer customer requests in a ticketing system, manage your customers (CRM), write quotes and invoices, and track working hours. The first two seats are free, and servers and AI run in the EU.
Because everything lives in one system, it all connects: a customer request becomes a task with one click, and tracked hours go straight onto the invoice. Every customer exists only once, one search finds everything again, and the AI answers questions like “Has the invoice been paid yet?” or “Which tasks are due this week?” and links to the place where the answer is.

When every program keeps its own data, you maintain the same customer three times. In CIRO NOISE she exists only once, and the search and the AI find her request, task and invoice in one place. You also set who may see what in one place, with permissions and roles.
A request becomes a task, the task becomes a line on the invoice and the invoice becomes an entry in the customer record, and nobody maintains anything twice. Your own AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT work with the same data and have exactly the permissions of the person who connected them.

Is the part about accounts up to date?
Only partly. Step 3 (“Accounts and permissions”) has been flagged open since 12 Aug: Denise commented that the password-vault section is missing. The rest of the page is current.
Who is taking care of it?
Nobody owns it yet: the comment is Denise's, and there is no task for it. You can create one straight from the page, and it then sits on the Wiki upkeep board.
Isa reads your wiki, your requests and your team's absences and answers from them, with the source right next to it. She makes suggestions and changes nothing, so the decision stays with you.
Type a customer's name and you see her customer record, the matching wiki page, the open task and the invoice. You only see what you are allowed to see.

CIRO NOISE covers the work every company has: wiki, tasks, requests, finance, customers, meetings, knowledge & assistant, social media, passwords and time tracking. Inventory, purchasing and manufacturing, which an ERP adds, are things few small companies need. If you are looking for inventory management, an ERP is the better fit.
Usually a handful: the wiki or document store, the task board, the support inbox for requests from your website, the customer list in a spreadsheet, the invoicing program, time tracking and the password manager. You keep your accountant's bookkeeping software, your newsletter tool and your video calls. The biggest gain is that the features know about each other: the task knows the request it came from, and the invoice knows the customer.
Yes. Each feature works on its own, so you start with the one that saves you the most work and add the others when you are ready. Contacts come in as a CSV file and receipts by photo. You bring over pages from Notion and Confluence and boards from Trello through their export file.
