Right of withdrawal

A. Withdrawal notice

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers, meaning natural persons who conclude the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB). Entrepreneurs have no statutory right of withdrawal. Instead, they can cancel booked seats at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period (section 6.2 of our terms and conditions at https://www.ciro-noise.de/agb).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CIRO GmbH, Maischer Str. 10, 85386 Eching, Germany, phone: +49 89 24 88 31 22, e-mail: hello@ciro.gmbh) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service. For a contract that obliges you to pay a price, this applies only if, before performance began, you expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.

Note on the free seats

You may also withdraw from the free-of-charge usage contract for the free seats within the withdrawal period. Since you have not paid anything for it, there is nothing to reimburse. Withdrawal results in us deleting your account and the organization you created.
