We measure how the app and our public pages are used and record sessions (Amplitude). We also collect error reports from your browser (Sentry). Both services use servers in the EU. After you sign in, we link usage to your account through an identifier, without your name or email. Recordings mask inputs and hide passwords, codes, PINs and access links. Other displayed text may be visible. Neither service is loaded without your consent.

Usage measurement and session recording (Amplitude)

Measures which pages and features of the app and our public pages are used. Amplitude also records sessions so we can spot usability problems. Inputs are masked, and passwords, codes, PINs and access links are hidden. Other displayed text may be visible in recordings. After sign-in, data is linked to an account identifier, without your name, email or IP address. Pages your customers see are not measured. Servers in the EU.

Error reports (Sentry)

Reports technical errors so we can fix them – with the page, browser and error message, without your name, form contents or screen recordings. Servers in the EU (Frankfurt).

Reserved for optional third-party widgets in the browser (e.g. embedded Stripe.js, maps). Every third-party integration currently runs server-side – no additional browser cookies are set.
