AI answers with sources
Knowledge & assistant — When someone on your team asks “How do we submit travel expenses?”, the AI in the sidebar of every page answers. It reads the wiki, documents, tasks, requests, meetings, customers, invoices and time tracking, links the source and shows only what the person asking is allowed to see.
How the AI works in your company
The chat in the sidebar of every page is your colleague, and she has her own page for longer conversations. She reads the wiki, the tasks, the requests, the meetings, the customer records, the invoices and the approvals in time tracking. Every answer names its source with a link: the wiki page, the task, the request or the meeting. When Isa finds nothing on a question in your data, she says so instead of guessing.
Three questions that come up every day
The new hire, the customer call and the founder's Friday afternoon.
Nele asks: “How do we issue a reverse-charge invoice?”
Nele started three days ago and doesn't want to pull anyone away from their desk. Isa answers from the wiki page “Invoices to other EU countries” and links it. Nele can see the page because she has read access to the “Finance basics” area. The confidential page “Terms for key accounts” stays out of the answer, because Nele doesn't have that permission. She reads the source and issues the invoice herself.
Source linked, one click to read it
The permissions of the person asking apply
Confidential pages stay out
Lena asks: “What did we promise Brandt in the spring?”
Ms. Sommer is on the line, and Lena needs the answer now. She asks the AI in the sidebar, and the answer comes from the March 4 meeting summary and the customer record, with a link to both. Still on the call, Lena asks whether there is already a task for it. The AI names BRA-53 on the customer board with its deadline and owner, and Lena opens it with one click.

Kira asks: “Who is out next week, and what is waiting for my approval?”
Isa answers from time tracking: Tom is on vacation Monday to Wednesday, Mara on Friday, everyone else is in. Two requests are waiting for Kira, and neither overlaps with anyone else on the team. The requests appear as buttons in the chat, and Kira clicks “approve” herself. Lena and Pascal get the decision right away, and the team calendar is up to date two minutes after the question.

Knowledge & assistant in detail
The key AI assistant features in one sentence each.
- Answers with sources
- Every answer links the page, task, request or meeting it came from.
- RAG across all your company knowledge
- Before every answer, CIRO NOISE looks up the matching sections from wiki, documents, requests, meetings, tasks and websites, by meaning and by exact words.
- AI with the person’s permissions
- The AI sees only what the person sees. Confidential wiki pages stay out unless the person has the permission.
- Documents with a profile
- PDFs, including scanned ones, Word and text files, and photos of documents in your file storage get a profile with type, summary, parties, dates and deadlines.
- Reminders for deadlines in documents
- When a contract contains a deadline, CIRO NOISE reminds the person responsible 30, 7 and 1 day ahead and on the day itself.
- AI chat on every page
- The AI sits in the sidebar of every page and has its own page for longer conversations.
Tell Claude. CIRO NOISE records it.
Claude connects to your organization through MCP, the open standard for AI tools. Every feature lives in one system, so one sentence from you is enough for Claude to look up the customer, draft a quote, create a task and update the wiki. It works with exactly the permissions you grant.
Claude in knowledge
Answer questions from the wiki, FAQs, resolved requests and meetings, even when the question uses different words than the text
Back every answer with a link to its source
Search files from every feature: receipts, attachments, quotes, your own files
Frequently asked questions
Anything that's in CIRO NOISE, like “How do we submit travel expenses?” or “What did we promise Brandt?”. The AI searches the wiki, tasks, requests, meetings, customers, invoices and time tracking approvals and answers in the sidebar chat or on its own page.
Yes. RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation: before every answer, CIRO NOISE looks up the matching sections from your wiki, documents, requests, meetings and websites, and the AI writes the answer from those sections. That is why every answer shows its source, and when search finds nothing, the AI says so.
Every answer names its sources with a link: the page, task or request it came from. One click and you can read it yourself. When the AI finds nothing on a question in your data, it says so instead of guessing.
PDFs, including scanned ones, Word files and text files up to 15 MB, plus photos of documents in your file storage. They can sit in your file storage or be attached to a task, a request or a wiki page. Each file gets a profile, and an answer only shows a file to people who may open it anyway.
Yes. The AI answers with the permissions of the person asking: management gets finance figures, the team gets what it may see anyway. Confidential pages stay confidential, in the answer too.
In the EU. Your data sits on servers in the EU, the AI runs on models in EU regions, and your content trains no model. You switch the AI on or off per organization.
Yes. Claude connects to your organization via MCP, the open standard for AI tools. There Claude searches knowledge and files and reads wiki pages, meetings and deals, with the permissions of the person who grants access. You use Claude with your company's knowledge without copying anything.
It's included in the price per seat: the first two seats are free, and each additional seat is €25 a month plus VAT, all features included. Each organization has an AI budget, and you see its usage on one page.
And everything else is already included
Every feature shares one login and one permission system. A request sits in the customer record, becomes a task and lands on the invoice without anyone retyping it. Here is what else is included:
Wiki
The wiki for your team
Your company's wiki: pages and subpages in a tree for processes, onboarding and decisions. Every change is kept as a version, the full text is searchable, and images and comments sit on the page. The AI knows what is written here and names the page as its source.
- Build the structure as deep as you need
- Change without losing the old version
- Find the page with a single word
Boards
Projects and tasks in view
Project planning and tasks in one: projects with their own board, columns, weeks or sprints and goals with a date. Every task has a key like CIR-142, an owner, a due date and a priority. Whatever comes from outside lands in the board's inbox, and whatever is open sits on the owner's start page.
- Call the task by its name
- Plan the next few weeks precisely
- Keep every task in view
Requests
The help desk for your team
The support inbox: requests arrive through the form on your website, with a number, priority, status and owner. The AI suggests a priority and a reply, the customer sees the state in the support portal, and you reply from the list by email.
- Let no request depend on one person
- See what is urgent first
- Let the customer check for herself
Finance
Invoices and receipts online
You capture receipts as a photo or PDF, and the AI reads amount, date and supplier. Add the path from quote through order confirmation and delivery note to invoice, e-invoicing, dunning in four levels, bank reconciliation by statement and the DATEV export for your accountant.
- Photograph the receipt, done
- Write quotes and invoices from the customer record
- Send the invoice as an e-invoice, with a check
Customers
The CRM for your customers
Companies, contacts and deals in one record, with every request, quote, invoice and meeting of that customer. CIRO NOISE calculates revenue and open receivables, and follow-ups remind the person responsible.
- See everything about this customer on one page
- Never create anyone twice
- Follow up before the customer forgets
Pitches
A pitch made for this client
You build a dedicated proposal page for each client from blocks, in the client’s branding and behind an access code. CIRO NOISE pulls facts from the client’s website to make the pitch personal, and afterward shows you who read which section and for how long.
- Every page in the client’s branding
- Facts from the client’s website
- See who reads, and for how long
Booking
Meetings without email ping-pong
Your customers book their own appointment on your website, only at times when you are actually free. CIRO NOISE checks calendars, vacation and public holidays, shares the appointments across your team and sends the confirmation and reminder.
- Only times when you are free
- Round robin across your team
- Embedded on your website
Meetings
Meeting notes, no typing
Meetings from Google Meet arrive with transcript, duration and attendees. The AI summarizes and lists decisions and action items, and one click turns an item into a task with an owner. You share each meeting individually, and customer meetings attach themselves to the customer record.
- Read what was discussed
- The notes in a few lines
- Turn the decision into a task
Social media
Social media in your look
Your team builds posts and carousels in your own brand kit, publishes them straight to Instagram and answers comments in one place. Images come from your own library or from the AI, which also suggests text in your brand voice. For LinkedIn you export the slides as a PDF, for other networks as images.
- Every slide in your colors
- Publish straight to Instagram
- Reply to comments alongside the rest of your work
Password manager
Team password manager
The password vault has private and shared entries, all encrypted, and only people whose role grants access see the shared ones. You reveal a password with a code sent by email and share it with outsiders through a link that works once. Anyone who loses the role loses access right away, and neither the AI nor an API key can reach the vault.
- Share logins by role
- Give the agency a link that works once
- The vault locks itself
Time tracking
Employee time tracking
Your team clocks in, clocks out and takes breaks with one button, requests vacation and calls in sick. CIRO NOISE calculates target hours, actual hours and the time account and checks maximum hours, breaks and rest periods under the German Working Hours Act, as the duty to record working time has required since the Federal Labor Court ruling of September 13, 2022. Every change keeps its trail, and at month end you export timesheets, a payroll CSV and the audit export with every change.
- Clock in with one button, in the browser or on the phone
- Let CIRO NOISE check the Working Hours Act
- Every entry stays traceable
Short links
Short links that keep count
Short links with a QR code in your brand color, an expiry date and a view limit. Every link counts clicks and scans, and one link per channel shows where the visits come from.
- See clicks and scans per link
- Pass the campaign on automatically
- Compare your channels
Two seats are free
