The color theme defines how CIRO NOISE looks for your team. It sets the primary color for buttons and links, the light brand surfaces, the background, shadows, corner radius and how the logo appears. That way your team works in your company's colors.
You set the color theme under Organization › Appearance, and you already pick one when you set up your organization. Only your organization's owners and admins can change it. Whether the app appears light or dark is up to each person.
A custom color theme and your own logo are always included at no extra cost.
How the color theme works in CIRO NOISE
You can choose from ready-made themes: CIRO NOISE, Indigo, Teal, Sage, Amber and Coral. If your organization has its own brand kit with a brand color, a theme derived from your brand appears as well, and when your brand changes, the app follows.
With a custom theme you set everything yourself: primary color, secondary color, background, depth with or without shadows, navigation in neutral or brand color, floating or flush with the edge, and the corner radius. Surface brightness still comes from the design system, so every combination stays readable. You upload your logo as PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB.
Preview first, then apply for everyone
When you click a color theme, only you see it at first, as a preview. If you like it, "Apply for everyone" switches the whole team over. If not, you discard the preview, and nothing changes for anyone else.
Where the color theme applies
The color theme applies in the app for all members of your organization. Quotes and invoices don't use it: their accent color, fonts and logo come from the brand kit. Without a brand kit, the template uses a neutral accent or the color you set in the invoice settings.
Public pages such as the request form or the support portal show the CIRO NOISE look, not your organization's color theme.
