Report

A report shows aggregated figures across a whole area of your organization, such as spending per cost center, response times in support or deals won. Each report has its own permission.

A report condenses many individual entries into figures. Instead of looking at every receipt or request one by one, you see totals, breakdowns and trends over the months.

CIRO NOISE has reports in four areas: finance, support, contacts and time tracking. In each area you'll find them as the Reports menu item, for example under Finance › Reports.

Reports show more than your own list, because they calculate across all entries of the organization. That's why each report has its own permission, which you grant in your roles. All reports are included in the price.

Which reports CIRO NOISE offers

Finance reports show, for a given year, cash flow per month, spending by category, your largest vendors, VAT per quarter, the cost center comparison, open items, revenue per customer and a liquidity forecast for the next 90 days.

Support reports show how many requests came in and how many are still open, the average time to first response, the average customer rating, and the breakdown by status and channel. Customer reports show new companies, deals won, the win rate per person and contacts nobody has reached out to in a while.

Working time reports

Time reports never show the hours of an individual person. They only show totals and breakdowns for groups of at least five people. You can set this minimum between 3 and 50. CIRO NOISE hides smaller groups so nobody can draw conclusions about individuals. The time reports permission is off by default. Of the ready-made role bundles, only works council, HR and management include it; anyone else needs an admin to grant it explicitly.

A real-world example

An IT company with 15 people checks the support report every Monday. The time to first response has risen to five hours, and most requests arrive through the web form. The team lead then plans one person to cover incoming requests every morning. Under Finance, management sees that liquidity covers the next 90 days.

Permissions for reports

Each report has a permission on top of the feature: finance reports, support reports, customer reports and time reports. Being allowed to see a receipt list doesn't mean you see the overall figures. Without the permission, the navigation doesn't show the menu item at all.
