A wiki page is the smallest unit of the CIRO NOISE wiki. It holds what your team needs to know: how quotes get approved, which accounts a new hire needs on day one or how travel expenses are booked. You write like in any document, with headings, lists, tables, code and images, and there's no special syntax to learn.
Every wiki page has a fixed place in the page tree. Sections like "Onboarding", "Processes" or "Customers" form the roots, with pages and subpages below. Folder pages simply group other pages. Attachments and comments sit right on the page, and with an @-mention you bring in the person who knows the answer.
How a wiki page works in CIRO NOISE
CIRO NOISE records every change to a wiki page as a version with person and time, and you restore earlier versions with one click. Full-text search covers the title and text of every page, and global search lists the wiki page next to the matching task and customer. Anyone watching a page sees its changes on their dashboard.
On the wiki home page, "Needs review" lists the pages nobody has changed in 180 days. That way you notice a page is going stale before someone acts on it.
Wiki pages and AI
For each wiki page you decide whether it's searchable, confidential or excluded from knowledge search. The AI knows searchable pages and answers with a link to them. It uses confidential pages only for roles with the confidential knowledge permission. Who may read or edit a page is set through roles.
An everyday example
Lena updates the page "Quote approval process" because quotes from €10,000 now need two people to check them. The old version is kept, and the change shows up on the dashboards of the three people watching the page. A task on the board links to the page, and the page links back.
Bringing pages over from Notion and Confluence
You import existing pages under Organization › Import. Upload the export from Notion or Confluence as a ZIP file, up to 150 MB and 2,000 pages. CIRO NOISE takes over the page tree, text, headings, lists, tables, code and quotes. Images and file attachments stay in Notion or Confluence. You can export the whole wiki at any time.
