In many small companies, the most important knowledge lives in people's heads and inboxes. How travel expenses are booked, what was agreed with Brandt & Söhne, or why you turned down a supplier is often known to one person only. Company memory in CIRO NOISE puts that knowledge in one place where your whole team can find it again.
It is not a separate feature but what comes together across all of them: wiki pages, tasks, support requests, meeting summaries, customer records, invoices and time-tracking approvals. The AI reads this content and answers questions from it. You reach it through the chat in the sidebar of every page, or on its own page for longer conversations.
Every answer links to its source, such as the wiki page, the task or the meeting. If the AI finds nothing in your data, it says so instead of guessing.
How company memory works in CIRO NOISE
The AI knows wiki pages, meetings, documents and tasks automatically. It also draws on curated answers such as an FAQ, solutions from support requests that someone has reviewed and approved, and your public pages. Company memory grows with your work, and nobody has to maintain a second archive.
The search behind it finds a page even when it uses different words. Ask about “sign-off” and it also finds the page that says “approval”, in English and German alike.
An everyday example
Nele joined a twelve-person agency two weeks ago. She asks the AI: “How do we book travel expenses?” The answer comes from the wiki page on travel expenses, with a link to it. Then she asks why the team decided against a supplier in March. The AI answers from the summary of the 4 March meeting and links the meeting. Nele didn't have to interrupt anyone.
Permissions and privacy
The AI sees exactly what the person asking can see. Someone without access to finance won't get revenue figures in the chat either. Wiki pages marked as confidential stay out unless the person has an explicit permission for them.
The AI models run in the EU, and your content is never used to train models. Each organization has a monthly AI allowance with a page showing usage. If you don't want the AI, you can switch it off for the whole organization, and wiki, tasks and search keep working without it.
Company memory vs. knowledge base
The knowledge base describes which content the AI searches for its answers. Company memory is the idea behind it: what your team has figured out once should not get lost, even when someone is on holiday or leaves the company.
