Isa is the name of the AI assistant in CIRO NOISE. You'll find her as a chat in the bar on every page and on a page of her own for longer conversations, where your history is kept too. You ask in plain words, for example "How do we book travel expenses?" or "What's open with Winter GmbH?", and Isa looks for the answer in your organization's data.
Isa reads the wiki, tasks, support requests, customer records, the file store, time tracking requests, invoices, quotes and receipts, the team directory, meetings, whether pitch pages were opened, and concept boards. Every answer links its source so you can check it with one click. If your data has nothing on the question, Isa says so instead of guessing.
How Isa works in CIRO NOISE
For each question, Isa picks the right tools herself: she searches the knowledge base, opens a wiki page, reads a task like CIR-142 or looks up a company in your contacts. Anything you can't read stays invisible to her. She only uses confidential content if your role has the confidential knowledge permission. If you can't read the finances, for example, you won't get revenue figures from the chat either, and Isa tells you that you lack access.
Search finds a page even when it uses different words than your question, such as "sign-off" instead of "approval". You can ask in English or German.
What Isa can and can't do
Isa is there to look things up and summarize. She doesn't change wiki pages, tasks, customer data or invoices. If you want to change something, she points you to the right place with a link. The one exception: when you explicitly ask, she creates a pitch page for a customer as a draft, which the customer only sees once you publish it in the app.
Open leave requests show up in the chat with buttons to approve or decline. A person has to press the button. Isa has no access to the password vault.
An everyday example
Lena from sales has Ms Sommer on the phone, who asks about the note on the invoice to her subsidiary in Vienna. Lena types the question into the bar. Isa answers from the wiki page "Invoices to other EU countries" and links it. Lena reads the sentence out and doesn't need to call back later.
Privacy and switching it off
The AI models behind Isa run in the EU, and your content doesn't train any models. Under Organization › AI features you can switch Isa off for the whole organization. Wiki, tasks and search keep working without AI.
