Many features in CIRO NOISE use AI: the AI assistant that answers questions about your data, receipt recognition, summaries and image generation. Every one of those calls costs computing time. So that you don't pay extra for it, each organization has a monthly AI allowance included in the price.
You can see usage in two places. Under Organization › Plan & billing, a bar shows this month's AI requests against your allowance. The AI usage page breaks down which feature used how much and shows the last few months.
How the AI allowance works in CIRO NOISE
The allowance is tied to your organization's seats: every seat, including each of the two free ones, adds a fixed share, and the allowance grows with every seat you book. How much a single request uses depends on its size, because a long question involving a lot of data needs more computing time than a short one.
The allowance applies per calendar month and starts fresh on the first. Whatever a month doesn't use does not carry over.
Work the system does on its own doesn't count against your allowance. That includes summarizing a meeting that came in, sorting a new support request automatically and preparing content for search in the knowledge base. These calls still show up on the AI usage page, but they never block anything, because nobody triggered them on purpose.
An everyday example
A trades business with five seats has an allowance of around 2,000 AI requests a month. The bookkeeper uploads about 150 receipts each month and lets the AI read them, and the owner asks the AI assistant every morning what's on his plate. By mid-month the bar under Plan & billing shows about a third used, so the allowance easily lasts until the end of the month.
When the allowance runs out
Once the AI allowance is used up, AI features pause until the first of the next month. Everything else keeps working: you can enter receipts by hand, create tasks and answer requests, and all your data stays readable. If you regularly need more, book additional seats or talk to us about a higher limit.
There is also a short per-minute limit. It stops a faulty script from burning through the monthly allowance in a few minutes.
The AI processes your data in data centers in the EU, and your content does not train AI models. If you don't want AI at all, switch it off under Organization › AI features and keep using CIRO NOISE in full.
