The subscription in CIRO NOISE decides how many people in your organization can work fully in the app. There are no tiers and no bundles: every organization gets every feature, from the wiki and tasks to support requests, finance and time tracking. What changes is the number of seats. The only optional extra is a custom domain for the portal and support pages at €20 a month plus VAT, which we set up for you on request.
The first two seats cost nothing, and you don't need to add a payment method for them. From the third seat on, you pay €25 per seat per month plus VAT. A team of five therefore pays for three seats, €75 a month net in total.
You manage the subscription under Organization › Plan & billing. That page shows booked and occupied seats, how much of the AI allowance you have used and every invoice.
How the subscription works in CIRO NOISE
You book additional seats under Plan & billing. The first purchase takes you to the checkout of our payment provider Stripe. Your monthly billing period starts that day, and the seats are available right away. If you add seats later during a running period, CIRO NOISE charges them pro rata for the rest of the period and invoices the amount immediately.
You can reduce seats at any time. If more seats are occupied than you keep, you choose who is deactivated at the end of the period and which open invitations lapse. Deactivated members lose access, and their data is kept. A reduction takes effect at the end of the current period, and until then all seats stay usable. Billing is monthly in advance, with no minimum term.
Every booked seat also increases the monthly AI allowance and the storage. The two free seats come with 10 GB of storage, and that amount grows in proportion to the number of seats.
An everyday example
A design studio of two uses CIRO NOISE for free. In March a project manager joins. On 10 March the owner books one seat under Plan & billing, pays €25 plus VAT for the first month through Stripe and invites the new hire straight away. From then on, Stripe charges the amount on the 10th of each month.
Two temps who only log their working hours get time-tracking seats. Those are free: every booked seat, the two free ones included, comes with two of them.
Cancelling and what happens next
You cancel under Plan & billing with the Cancel subscription button. The dialog shows you the end date, and right after that you get a confirmation by email. You manage payment methods and invoices in the Stripe customer portal via Payment method and cancellation. The seats stay usable until the end of the paid period, after which the organization continues with the two free seats. Your content is kept.
If the organization then has more members on full seats than free seats, it is over capacity. While that lasts, only owners and admins can get in, and the API keys and connected AI assistants of everyone else are blocked as well. So before cancelling, remove all members but two, or book seats again later.
